The New Building will be consisted of 3 Floors ( the third floor is the retire ) and one Basement.
The building has already started and is on the proccess to finish as soon as possible.
The plot is located in Pallouriotissa area, a very cosmopolitan and busy area that it’s position is very important, due to the fact that it’s a 5" from Nicosia.

The Appartments
The building consists of 9 apartments. There are 6 apartments of 2 bedrooms, 2 apartments of 1 bedroom, and 1 apartment ( which is Penthouse ) of 3 bedrooms.
